Rockhopper Coming! :)

Rockhopper hasn't been here in a while, so I'm guessing they wanted to bring Rockhopper back! :D I discovered this in the newspaper and the telescope in the Lighthouse Beacon. Here's the headline on it: Lighthouse attendants have confirmed sighting of Rockhopper's ship in the telescope. "By my calculations, he's about one week away." one penguin explained. "That means he'll be here in time for The Fair!" "Some penguins may not know this, but Rockhopper brought all the decorations and games for the very first fair. But he's never stayed to celebrate. A puffle trainer told us, "Rockhopper left me some instructions last time he was here, and I can tell you he's got something very exciting planned." Crowds of penguins have already begun to gather around at the Beach, where the Migrator is expected to dock, September 4.

I haven't seen Rockhopper in quite some while so I'm looking forward to him and The Fair!

Fun Fair Coming to Club Penguin! :)

Today I was just reading the new newspaper and saw that there will be a fun fair coming this September! I was excited! So I read the article quickly,

The fair is coming to Club Penguin! This yearly celebration sees special games and prizes all over the island. This will be the third fair the island has seen, and expectations are rising. We interviewed penguins in Town who remembered last year's celebration to find out what we can look forward to! "We had fun playing games and winning tickets which we swapped for prizes," one penguin explained. "There were games when we fed puffles, bounced them on paddles and help them pop balloons! We played in ball pools and in carousels, and wore clown suits and feathered tiaras!" "I ate so much popcorn I thought I was going to explode!" another recalled fondly. Get ready to play games, earn tickets and much. much more. Join in the fun at the Fair at September 4-13!

That was AWESOME! I can't wait! I wonder what the prizes will be..

Party a Flying Success! :)

In the new newspaper today, there was a Festival of Flight article about how the party was a success and what we got done! Here it is:

If you cannot see it, here's what it says:

1. Gary's plan to lift up the island to replace the glass was met with enthusiasm!

2. Penguins everywhere helped get gadgets and inventions ready for take-off!

3. It worked! For the first time ever, the island of Club Penguin was in the air!

4. Penguins tested some of Gary's inventions and took in the views!

5. All over there were sky-high adventures to be had!

6. Slowly and safely, returned to the water and Festival of Flight was called a "flying success!"

Festival of Flight was very fun!

WOWZA! It's already Penguin Time's 200th issue!!! That's soooo awesome!!! WOOT! Let's see the article on it:

If you cannot see, it says: The Club Penguin Times celebrates its 200th issue this week! Here's a message from the editor, Aunt Artic: Dear Penguins, WOW! Our 200th edition, what an amazing achievement! We published our first edition in October 24, 2005 and things have changed so much since then. Back in the day we printed the paper in black in white! I started writing my advice column for the Club Penguin Times in May 2006, and took over as Editor in Chief in April 2008. I really couldn't do it without you! I'd like to thank every writer in Club Penguin who has sumitted their work to the Penguin Times. I love writing and researching stories, and I know you do, too. I really enjoy reading all of the fantastic material that I get sent in the mail each day. Here's to the next 200 issues! ~Aunt Artic
